Byjus Gradeup - online coaching subscription validity issue

my name is Paramata Raviteja from Andhra Pradesh . i took byjus examprep subscription for GATE & ESE for one year validity in october ****,at that time byjus consultant member his name is Ayush Bhatnagar (mobile no: **********) told that " your subscription validity is october ****.but i opened the website on **th april **** and there is no access for my video lectures and immediately raise the problem through no.of mails and phone calls but they did not give proper response for the last * days.
i have proofs like payment receipts and whatsapp conversation for validity proof.
so please help me
