I have taken course for my son, SUMAN ANAND, for class * ICSE curriculum, on **nd December, ****. I received the the Tablet and books in January, ****. I paid **** as advance and paying balance through EMI. Total course fee was Rs. *****.
But suddenly online clases are suspended from ** May, ****, and on Tablet, it shows Expired and pay EMI regularly.
How can the online classes be suspended in midway just after for months, when I hv paid for * year? Calling on helpline numbers since June, **** to Abhishek and some other gentleman, but I am getting only assurance that classes will be resumed.
Request to resume classes, ad I am regularly paying EMIs.
