BYJU'S - Online classes not started need refund

I have booked byjus online class for my daughter for *th grade. Paid rs *****/- online on */*/** after a session with their sales representative mr. Rohit kanhere. I was told that classes will start within a week. Afterwords not recieved any communication from byjus about class schedule or date. Whenever i approched their customer care or mentor i have been told to follow process and even when classes not started they told me that the order is punched wrong by their sales team and they will cancel and repunch it and problem will be resolved. This conversation happened on **/*/** with miss radha madhukar. When i asked her to send me official mail writting the problem and mess created by them she refused to do so. Even after so many days the problem not resolved. The sales team do not pick the call. I am feeling like cheated. I want refund and an written appology for the kind of wrong example they are setting up.
