Eduprajna - Online Classes are not completed

I am writing to lodge a complaint against EduPrajna Institution. I have paid ₹**,*** towards their institution in December ****, and we were promised that classes would be completed within * months. However, there have been no classes and they are also not responding to my emails, calls, and messages. Furthermore, their address listed on the website is incorrect.
I am very disappointed and frustrated with their lack of communication and failure to uphold their end of the agreement.
