I ordered dresses worth ***** from catalogvilla .com (owner pratik sarkariya) on *th August. He said he will send the money but till today his phone is switched off and the website is not reachable. From the internet, I learned he has done the same thing to a lot of people. He is regularly cheating people. It's my hard-earned cash. Please help me with this
