Hi Team,

I purchased a suit attached in the picture below from Ada Boutique online shopping portal on facebook (email : adaboutiques@gmail.com) of amount Rs. **** . While I ordered they assured me that it will be same as shown in picture whereas I see suit which i have receieved is very different from the original one shown in the picture.. now They are not responding over complaint ..no reply since * days.
They assured me thay they refund back in case product delivered is damaged or not same as described in the picture details online .

I am in loss of big amount which is unaffordable for me . Could you please help me ?
