There was a software update that OnePlus*t launched and it damaged the display with some pathetic green vertical lines on the screen. Thousands of users on the internet are suffering with the same issue. There are thousands of complaints on reddit, twitter and other forums. After visiting the service center, it's been * months and the displays are still not getting replaced, to which they mention "they don't have displays and it will take more time." They are even refusing to provide a spare phone. This is illegal and the ultimate breach of consumer rights. Why would someone spend **,***+ to get such useless service.
