OnePlus - Oneplus Pink Line on Screen

Recently my OnePlus *T (** GB/ *** GB)phone abruptly showed a pink line on the right side of the screen (Note: After purchasing the phone i have never dropped or damaged the phone). At first, i thought it was just a glitch and thought that it will go away. But after a few hours i realised that it was something serious and it really made me uncomfortable and irritating to my eyes using the phone even for a few seconds. Later on when i tried calling the customer service, no one pick my calls. Note: This call was made during their official customer call timings. one other issue that is bothering me now is the discount voucher that is available for phones that are returned to the company, (Note: How is one supposed to buy the phone online if it is not available/ undeliverable in my region i.e Kohima (******); Nagaland State India.) ???
