I had ordered a OnePlus **r Solar Red edition phone on * oct, Rs. *****/- from the OnePlus official website , my order I'd: M****************** and it was automatically cancelled immediately after placing it due to some technical issues.
However, money was deducted from the Bank account.
I contacted about **-** times on OnePlus customer care, I am told that my refund has been initiated and will be reflected in my account in a day or two. The refund, which I was supposed to receive within ** hours of cancellation of the order, has not been received as of today i.e. even after ** working days.
Am I crazy or is this getting out of hand? I am at a complete loss here. If they don't reach out to me after yet another **-** hours, what should I even do? They don't even tell me the status of my case, sometimes they say the refund is initiated and sometimes they simply say someone will get back to me via email which they never do. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company with the most incompetent customer support ever.
Please complaint a case against the company and provide me with a resolution. I also need interest for my money and compensation for my time wasted.
Please help to get my money refunded by OnePlus at the earliest, I am stuck due to this issue.
