OnePlus - Oneplus customer service

Hi. I got oneplus wireless Bluetooth earphones last year and this year its mic doesn't work properly. Due to lockdown the service centres were not opened. Then i contacted the customer care hundreds of time and then they told me to download the one plus care app and book a repair from that. Now from where I live the closest service centre is almost * hour away. They don't have pick up and drop service. They give manual tokens and that too limited in number. I gave them suggestions that please use online tokens so that people can choose according to their own time slots. After writing numerous emails to oneplus they finally contacted me and told me to courier my earphones which I did to one plus service centre block D connaught place. Whenever you call this service centre nobody picks up the phone. Whole day it will ring. Till now they haven't contacted me if they have received my parcel or not or are working on it. I have called customer service numerous times and they tell me to wait. Now nobody replies to me email and I don't know where my device is.
