I purchased OnePlus buds Pro on **st Dec ****, it's been ** months and the item stopped working. There was no external dammage and stopped charging.
I reached out to customer care and services team, they outrightly denied any assistance because it's been * months since ** months warranty got lapsed. They are not willing to assist.
The item costed me ** k, i have been cheated by the company with bad quality item at a very expensive price.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
