Went thru screen replacement of my OP *T of rs *****/- at exclusive OP service center, Vijay Nagar Indore, but within * day its back cover get detached. Because of their mistake n for the same purpose went to center again travelling ***km, but the back cover again get detached even i followed the instructions provided by center....
I went *rd time this time also same issue, back cover get detached n due to that its call volume because too much low, not audible n charging port also not working properly.
I went *th time on **th june ** n get my mbl repaired...
Issue still not resolved, very low call volume, charging port issue, also dust deposits on front camera(inner side)
This is too much.
Now i want it to be replaced. Already complained *times to their customer care but they r unresponsive..
Total cost so far **k purchased
+ **k screen replacement + *time travel ****** (mandsaur to indore) + loss of *day slry **k
Total *****/- just for their mistake

My oneplus *T phone was damaged by the one-plus service boy. They mentioned mobile need a software update but now the phone is not switching on and said CPU got damaged by putting the phone into flash.
I ordered OnePlus * t on **th April **** after completing my payment it shows "Your order from Walk in Star has been shipped" on the same day but didn't receive it yet . It's almost a year. I wanted a refund.
