I am a loyal customer of Oneplus since **** and currently using Oneplus ** pro. It is very unfortunate that on **th March i received an update from Oneplus for my device and after updating the same from the very next moment it was lagging and while clicking a picture it got totally stucked and after few minutes it turned off.
Yesterday on **th March **** i visited Oneplus Service centre and they told us the motherboard of the phone is not working so now its unfortunate that after updating the device it turned dead.
It was such a expensive phone that is in such a miserable stage and without any physical damage. I had used this phone very carefully for these years but suddenly because of the company's update I am suffering the loss.I request the Refund/ Replace for the said device from the Oneplus.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
