Shri Ganesh electronics,main bazar,sherpur - One year free service not provided as promised by dealer

Good day sir/madam,I purchased * piece of Mitashi *.* ton AC from Shri Ganesh electronics main bazar sherpur.On **/**/****,the owner of shop Mr Ravi told me that I will get a free service within one year of purchase but I called him yesterday **/**/**** and he refused to do service instead of that he told me I can’t prove in consumer court about anything,then I decided for paid service from local electrician which charged me INR ***,but I don’t want this guy to escape so decided to call Mitashi helpline and told me my free service is valid.I request you to take action against him so that he shouldn’t do anything wrong in future.Moreover I need compensation for the same.
