Dear Sir/Madam,
Name: Ibrahim Kapadi.
Travel date: **th March/****hrs.
Booked online through Red Bus app.
Bus operator: Sanvi Travels.
Route: Mumbai to Ratnagiri
Ticket Amount:Rs.****/-
By mistake, I purchased. * bus tickets on Red Bus app.on the *same person name due to online Internet signal was very weak* . First time seat confirmation was not received. This was reported to Red Bus support app. And Bus operator- Sanvi travels.
They informed me at boarding point * ticket money will be returned but *failed.*
I had *seats B and H. I occupied B and confirmed from Sanvi travels seat H was kept opened for sale but unfortunately it was not sold till ****hrs.(Bus dep.time)
On **th March/****hrs.I boarded the bus but attendant didn't return my one ticket money. The Bus attendant informed me, complain to Red Bus.
Which was done but no proper response from them.
