Surya (Sravya electrical and hardware) mobile ********** is a fraud shop who sold a spanner which can remove tap .he gve a spanner which costed *** even through mrp is *** rupees.
*) Yesterday the shop keeper told he is professor and spanner works for any tap removal and if does not work I can return it . trusting his words I had taken that spanner but
with that spanner i cannot even remove the screw.
*) today when I have taken the spanner and told its not working , he told spanner has scratches and spanner is bent and he could not take it .
*)If spanner is bent then Shop keeper is selling duplicate products with some brand name and bluffing the customers. Please dont fall into his trap.
*) Shopkeeper is profesor from Vizak and bluffing customers with false products.
*) His son took the spaner inside the shop and making scratches and saying you have scrched the product and brought it so we cannot give.
