I ordered two bottles of davidoff instant coffee

*.Davidoff fine aroma
I was charged ₹*** each and shipping charges of ₹*** for ₹*** total.
What I received was one davidoff rich aroma bottle and one bottle of some barbecue sauce.
I tried contacting them by emailing them at
chocotown****@gmail.com, which was mentioned in the order confirmation email to ask questions if necessary.
I emailed them * times and they have not responded for about ** hours from the first email.
I tried emailing them to support@chocotown.in and tried calling +** ********** which was given in the website for contact details.
The email did not exist and the number says its temporarily out of service, I tried googling them and to my horror found this website filled with complaints against them.
I know I should have researched about these websites but I can only say sorry.
Please help me.
