Tinkle Stylus Kids - One reder with 2 orders bill received

I have ordered for * kids but I have received one order with * orders bill I paid and taken the order I opened that parcel then I realised that was order a single order with * orders bill..but it was reflected as * orders in meesho app I raised for return request I have returned one item which I had other was return cancelled bacause I didn't have another item so I called up them several times but call couldn't connected luckily today it got connected but they are not resolved my issue n they are saying that I will not get any refund
