One Plus - One Plus Mobile Warranty Service Harassment

Several times I had visited service centre which is situated at pin code: ****** with my genuine problems with One Plus *R (Under Warranty) but service centre is not responding/solving my issue.
for example:
*st Visit:
I had problem with Over Heating (During call & Charging), service centre said this is because of your latest SOFTWARE UPDATE, they had installed an older update. Service centre took * day to fix this.
But in real same over heating occurring.

*nd visit:
I am having problem with One Plus Launcher crashing continuously, this service centre said this is because of your older update, to fix this issue you need to opt for latest SOFTWARE UPDATE.
Above solution totally contradictory with previous one (Latest software update will cause over heating again), and same thing I have raised there asked for full-fledged fixing and technician replied this is the only way to repair.
I am wondering weather One Plus Service centre is meant for fixing the issues or only an update centre.
