I received the package on **th April Order no.#*****.
However * jersey and * short is missing from my order.
I have called your customer care (**********/**********) and mail (contact@footballmonk.in) multiple times, no answer.
Missing items:
[Premium Quality] Manchester City Third Kit ****-** Size:XL (jersey)
[Premium Quality] FC Barcelona Home Jersey ****-** Customisable Size:XL (Short)
we were receiving promising fake promises and say it'll be dispatch soon ,till last week and now they are not responding our mail and call anything.
Everytime they give excuses of lockdown and now they give excuse of monsoon.
they're not even providing refund.
