Cart Savvy Bunny - One Item of order not delivered even after 2 months

I had ordered * items from Cart Savvy Bunny on *th June ****. Following are the items: Magnetic Energy Therapeutic Bracelet, Anti Snore Ring, Titan Heavy Duty Sneakers (this item will be referred to as shoe in the details forward) & Magnetic Reflex Insoles. I had got the order confirmation on the same day no tracking details for the next * weeks. I put a mail to the customer care email ID on **th June **** which was not responded. On **th June ****, I got the tracking details of a few of items, i.e. Magnetic Energy Therapeutic Bracelet, Anti Snore Ring & Magnetic Reflex Insoles but not for the last item i.e. Shoe. I had again put a mail to customer care for the update on the tracking details of the shoe on **th June **** & **th June **** which again was not responded to. On *st July I got the tracking details of the last item which is the shoe but when I tracked it through the link there were no details available. On *th July ****, they responded to my mail confirming that the item has been shipped & provided me with the same tracking ID I got on *st July. I again tried to get some details with the tracking ID but the last update on the ID was on **th June. On **th July ****, I put a mail to them asking for the status of all the items as the tracking ID's were not providing details on the same. But no one responded to it. I again put reminder mails on **th, **th & **th July ****. By now I had received the first * items, i.e. Magnetic Energy Therapeutic Bracelet, Anti Snore Ring & Magnetic Reflex Insoles but not the shoe. Still, the tracking ID of the shoe had not been updated. None of the product was up to the mark. Magnetic Reflex Insoles which was stated as the free size was shorter than my insole in my office shoe, Anti Snore Ring did not stop my snoring as promised & the Magnetic Energy Therapeutic Bracelet lost its paint in just *-* days. On **st July ****, they responded to my mail confirming that the tracking ID was last updated on **th June **** and claiming that the item may have been lost in transit. They also asked me to wait for *-* weeks more & if I still did not receive the item they will resend it. *st August ****, I put a mail to them stating that I have not received the shoe & not happy with the products I have already received requests for a refund of at least the shoe which was again not answered. On *rd August ****, I again put a mail again for which they responded in * minutes after my mail stating that "orders are being sent to processing for fulfillment after ** hours when they are placed. Thus, we cannot cancel your order #CSB*****". Then I responded in the next * minutes after I had received their response raising concern on the shoe & the tracking for the same and asking them to explain the refund process once I received the items to which they again did not respond. On *th August ****, I have again put a reminder.
Moreover, they do not even have a customer care number.
