Sir, My order No: ************_* - items returned - payment received for one shirt out of two shirts - immediate action - req - reg.

I wish to inform that, as per order No: ************_* I am placed order for two shirts. The cover was received on payment of amount for two shirts. On opening the cover, only one shirt is there. Hence, I requested to return.
Your courier person was taken back. But the amount was received for one shift out of two shirts. I request you to return the amount for second shirt.
Immediate action please.
