On telegram carding station I see cheap rate laptop offer. I ask for that, he told me **** Rs.
When I pay that amount to his paytm account he suddenly blocked me.
Then I realized I mean cheated by that person.
I complain to paytm but they did not take any step against that person. Here I attached payment details.
