On Dot Courier Service - On Dot courier company lost our parcel

We sent a courier through On Dot Courier & Express Cargo company on **.**.** with gst bill. Waybill No : ***********. Parcel was intra-city from New lajpat Rai market, Delhi, to Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. It was supposed to reach in * day.
We kept ringing customer care, no one ever picked up call. Then our courier agent +************ guided us to contact +**-********** on **.**.**. She kept ignoring our calls, kept saying parcel will reach in a few days, labour shortage. We were harassed from this woman, along with our customer who was supposed to receive the parcel for ** days straight. Now lady Vineeta +**-********** has quoted our parcel is lost, and they won't do anything about it.
Due to the negligence and poor performance of On Dot courier and express cargo company, we have lost our precious client, time, goodwill and the parcel.
Claim amount: Client used to buy Rs **,*** worth of goods on regular basis + Goodwill we lost + mental harassment by the courier company = Rs **,***
