Olx and GPay - Olx seller fooled me

I saw an ad on olx of an old iphone X with a small crack at the top end. The seller was named Sabir and he seemed legit and he showed me the bill and pictures and videos of phone. He agreed to me that I pay half now and half after I get the courier. I bargained and said I will pay **** now to get the courier done. After I paid he said that he want the half more to put the courier. He said he is holding the courier at Dtdc. Then he gave me the managers number to call for enquiry. I called the manager and his name was Tinku Kumar. He said that Sabir has out the parcel on hold and want me to pay. I talked to Sabir. He wont puck up phone. But when I texted him he said pay **** more. I paid him ****. Then he said still no parcel as the amount is to be paid. He said pay **** now then he will send the parcel. I send the ****. Then the courier also said that total amount should be paid or he cant send the money. Now I dont want to loose the money given so I paid the remaininv **** also. Now total ***** was gone from me. The guy said the need the courier charge that is ***Rs also. I agreed and paid it. Then he said okay. The courier man mailed me and said the courier will reach me in * days. But then I found a similar scam with the same persons here in Voxya. This guys took my hard earned money and I wanted to complain. I am hoping to get my money whicb I was savinv up for a new phone. Somebody please help me. The culprits
