Myntra and sera - Old used dirty product

My order Id is ********************* . I placed an order on **nd Dec **** and received it on **th Dec **** around * pm . The product was a dress from sera brand it was used and had big stains on it . immediately I placed a return request as the product was dirty and in bad condition and I also uploaded the pictures and showed it to the delivery boy . .now they have put my refund on hold please help me with this issue as Myntra customer service is not at all good and supportive a
