Videocon Services customer ID no - Old remote has been replaced

My customer id is ********* i am a videocon customer from ****.

my videocon D*h RF remote not worked properly before * months.
then i request a new remote through customer care call center.then they provided a RF remote.
But i was not working good with in * months.again i have contact customer care.But they said Remote doesn't have warranty to replace.

Then i have given a request through customer care to provide a new RF remote on **- sep-**.
one service engineer came and given to us very old remote and collect *** INR from us.(he is the one who already make me fooled and collect some money from me earlier for ITB .)
I have attached here the old remote and new remote photos for your reference.
and i have attached screenshot of Call history of customer care call center
several times i have requested customer care to replace my remote.
and i have request to take action against the service engineer.(our area is in rural part.except him no one are coming for service. so he use this opportunity and making money as telling lie)
Last time (**-*-****) they promised me to replace the RF remote.and action will take against the service engineer.


But still no one come and replace the remote.


why should i buy a old remote for every six months.?

i am requesting you to kindly replace my RF remote and give a good customer care support to us.
