Layerline - Old jeans were found instead of 2 shirts

M I saw an ad of layerline on my Instagram, so I went to their site and ordered * shirts which were cash on delivery. Then I received that parcel yesterday on **th March through my delhivery partner and I paid them in cash.
When I opened that parcel today, it contained old jeans. When I went to their site, I was not able to find my order ID there.
And I found their mobile numbers and they were switched off.
