Hersheys - Old food itmes

Iam from old alwal, whenever I visit the reliance smart bazar there are old food items. Recently I have encountered an incident where I went to buy Hershey chocolates however the package was rat bitten and surprisingly that item was kept near billing counter. Even the store dnt have proper maintenance. No proper billing services provided. Even footpath vendors maintain there stores neat and clean
