I have ordered catwalk heels which got me delivered on ** may ****. The product is already a used product and it is in a very bad quality. So, i have filed return for it on the same day. But delivery man has put it on hold today ,although the tags are already attached to it.So, please kindly resolve the issue. Its in a very poor condition. I have never expecxted this kind of service from myntra.
