Saugat electronics Rai Market Ambala Cantt - Old and Unsealed ONIDA air conditioner supplied without bill and accessories

I had purchased one ONIDA air conditioner for Rs *****/- from Saugat Electronics on ** Aug ****. Old and Unsealed AC Model ONIDA *.* Ton SR *** WAV was supplied without bill and accessories as per commitment and did not replaced the product in due coarse of time. Product was financed by capital first ltd, complaint was lodged with SP Ambala also. I was called by the police in Sadar Police Station *-* times but no action was taken by the Police. I have paid all the EMIs with penalties and bank charges amounting to Rs *****/- to the Finance Co and AC is lying with me in as it was delivered condition.
