I ordered cashew nuts and some vegetables on the Otupy app. It is a prepaid order so payment was made. The vegetables and the cashew nuts were brought today morning but the cashew nuts were so old that the packet was completely faded and the dates unreadble. The nuts were broken and the packet faded. I immidiately called and also let them know of the condition of the packet but they were adamant and did not want to return or refund or exchange the packet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
