Jisha Bipin filed complaint against Olacars on Mar 9, 2022
I booked a car from Ola cars, Bangalore by paying Rs.*,*** on **th Feb ****. Ola cars executives suggested that I pay an initial amount of Rs.**,*** by *st March **** so that they can block the car for me. I did the payment to RBL bank on Ola cars account number. To know the status, I called the executives Mr. Prabhakar and Mr. Amit and only then they mentioned they can't locate the money. I received the booking advance of Rs.*,*** back as an automated credit but the rest of the money is missing. I have been messaging, calling and emailing the Ola cars support team since Wednesday (*nd March ***) and they have no answer but to say that they are unable to trace the money. I send all the details of the transfer (Reference number, a screen shot of the payment)and my account statement but to no use. They have stopped picking my call and replying to my emails apart from automated emails. I felt cheated by Ola Cars and they simply say that an amount of **,*** is missing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
