Ola Auto Bangalore - Ola Sold a car which is pledged in bank

I bought preowned swift vxi automatic transmission car from OLQ preowned cars back in October **, ****. Paid them full amount of *,**,*** Rupees online and requested for RC transfer and still no response from Ola side..
I tried to reach multiple times through Ola support and directly over phone still no response.
When I checked in RTO the car is still pledged in bank and not released.
So they took my money and sold me a car which is still financed by a bank.
It's been * months after taking my money and not transferring the ownership which is not acceptable.
Ola dont even have an address to lodge a complaint and take legal action
I want them to take the car back and refund my money in full
