Ola Cab Ola Money - Ola Ride paid driver but ola cab raised bill and harrasing for payment

I booked ola cabs on **nd October **** for Airport, I paid driver cash Rs ***/- + some tips.

After ride over I got sms that I used zipcash, if not send us email and call. I did both. I got complaint number . Next day the closed complaint without further action.

Now after passing October *st November I got sms that I have due Rs ***/- and pay earliest. And keep raising Rs * fine per day for not paying. Since then Ola people calling me ** times and ** sms everyday.

I reached out Ola driver he didn't pickup call. I sent sms and WhatsApp messages, but he did not reply.
Later Ola agreed I paid to driver and Ola accepted driver got money.

But now they are saying you pay the bill amount and we will issue Ola voucher that you can utilize till postpay ride March-**** else it will be lapse.

They just want to open one more financial organization and force to open account and later turn like PMC Bank. I rarely book Cabs but it is horrible to get such harassment call and sms for service already paid.

They only interested to communicate over phone call. But several Twitter post I have some their reply attaching here with
