I complained to support that I the cab driver demanded to be paid in cash and asked me to prematurely close the * hour ride I had booked at Chennai. The ride was closed within **-** minutes of commencing from Chennai Central. In spite of that Ola raised a post paid bill of **** . I had complained on my return from Chennai the very next day. The complaint has been registered but no action taken. I am constantly getting messages to pay when i have already paid the driver in cash
