Ola Bike Kolkata - Ola Driver has taken money twice and not refunding back

I had booked Ola Bike on **May** from Alipore area to Apollo Hospital, near Salt Lake Stadium. Fare was ***/- but I had happily paid him ***/- from ICICI Bank Online portal. But due to any technical reason, the payment got stuck. So instead kept him waiting, I had paid ***/- from my GPay account and driver confirmed that he will return back the money. Now when the amount is cleared from my ICICI Bank to Driver's Bank account and it is confirmed by the bank also, but the driver is not returning back the amount. Not picking up the call also. Tried to connect with OLA but as usual they are of no help. Neither they have any call center number nor they call back seeing the complaint raised from their mobile app against the Driver.
