Hi on */**/**** I took outstation ola cab for a round trip... Clearly I selected cash option for payment.... But ola app has changed over to ola money as payment method while returning back. When I reach back home, my phone was switched off so driver asked me to go home and charge phone and tell him the otp to end trip.. then later driver told me to pay **** RS , and I paid the same... But later I realized that ola money has deducted **** RS and I was supposed to pay only **** RS as cash... Later I complained to ola customer support but there is no phone number to call them and resolve... Only mail is available... Even after * month ola didn't resolve my complaint and still they ask me to pay ola money of **** RS which has to be deducted from the driver side who lied to me and has taken extra cash
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
