Ola Auto Bangalore - Ola customer services doing harassment

I had prebooked a ride to kempagowda airport using ola (crn: **********). But the guy refused to come as I told him I wasn't going to pay the money up front as I had selected ola money. He didn't show up, nor did he cancel. Due to that I got heft rs. ** cancellation fee. I booked another cab (crn:**********) who also refused to come unless I pay him upfront. He then cancelled the ride. One last time I booked ola cab(crn: **********) who came but demanded I pay money upfront. I was already late for my airport so I payed him using google pay upi id************. My flight was almost missed as I reached there once the gate were closed. Then once I reach home I started getting messages from ola customer support telling me to pay the money or else they file a case against me. I initially tried explaining them that I have already paid them. Next time another person would send the same message. I filed a complaint to ola with reference I'd (*******). Which wasn't responded for months. Everyday I will get call and texts telling me to pay. And now I am angry cause not only they made me almost loose my flight, cancelled a pre booked ride, their riders straight up harasses to get money upfront . Their incompetent customer support doesn't help. And they give sending goons to try to threaten me with court case
