OLA cab - Ola charged double for a single ride

I booked a cab on dated ** oct **** from Terminal(T*) Delhi airport to sector ** faridabad with booking ID CRN ********** Which costed me Rs ***/- as per the invoice.
For which I paid Rs ***/- in cash to driver and balance deducted through my ola postpaid account i.e. Rs ***/- as only that much balance is available in my account on that day itself.
After a week amount of Rs ***/- is again deducted through my postpaid account against the same booking, so unknowingly I was deducted for a same booking through cash as well by wallet.
I have registered complaint *-* times and the system shows complaint resolved without any update on it and they just provide me a new ticket ID.
Today I checked my postpaid account and it already added a late fee of Rs ***/- as well as showing a notice for another late fees of Rs **/-
