Hi today I booked Ola cab from Trivandrum Railway Station. Booking was confirmed and I called the driver. I can see in the map he was near by with in * km. He picked phone * times and telling I am coming I waited for more than ** minutes and finally Ola had sent another vehicle. The first driver had the thought that the ride is not profitable so he made me waiting in Railway station with luggage and not canceling the ride by himself. Please from Ola side assure that these attitudes should not be shown to customers. His mobile no is **********.
