Manas khataniar filed complaint against Ola Bike on Dec 15, 2022
I booked a ride which was costing me *** according to the app. Driver came to my location and canceled the ride from my side and asked me to pay *** in cash. As i was in hurry I took the ride and paid *** to him. Now Ola is sending me mails that I have to pay *** and a late fees of ** rupees. I mailed them to check into the matter. They reverted once to my mail and after that no action has been taken. Today the mailed me saying I have to pay ***+** ie ***.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
