I booked OLA cab [pre-booked] for airport drop on *th aug ** from
Alwal to International Airport [Hyd]. Bill was Rs.**** and I paid
Rs.****. However Its sowing as due while booking a new cab and not
able to generate invoice. I raised with OLA customer care. They told
it will be returned soon and asked account details which I shared. Mr.
Sibsankar Giri responded me that it will be paid soon. After sometime
the tkt has been closed as "issue has been resolved". But I didnt get
any refund. I raised again, but no response from OLA team. Post which
I am not able to make a call also to them from my mobile no.
Overall, I spent almost ** to ** days to keep connecting with OLA
customer representative to get the status. But no use. I would like to
file a case against OLA in this regards
