Okaya ev faast - Okaya Taken Battery for service and not giving

We purchased an Okaya Faast F* from Ravi E Scooter in Chikmagalur on ** Dec ****. After a year, we experienced an issue with the battery and submitted it for service in August ****. However, we still have not received the battery. Initially days they told the battery was sent to the company and would take some time. After few month the dealer in Chikmagalur has changed, and now no one is taking responsibility or responding to our calls. Please help here to get battery
