Complainant purchased Okaya Freedum Vehicle from Flipkart India.
While taking delivery, the complainant found they were provided a used
and faulty vehicle.
Complainant was harassed by the company providing fake promises for
resolution yet not provided completely. Service engineer visited many
times but only took photos, no resolution given.
Since delivery day, (December ****-November ****) *months, the
vehicle is sitting in non-working condition. Company is not providing any
resolution and no response.
Company had sent a few parts as replacement parts, even after that, it
didn't work
