Arun Goyak filed complaint against Kia on Feb 10, 2021
I bought Kia seltos in June **** from joshi autos Chandigarh . My *rd service which happens after *****kms is pending since early January and Kia dealer jiju auto don’t have oil filter which needs to be replaced in *rd service. I complained to Kia India on various social networking platforms and also sent mai to kia India but there is no reply. This such a breach of trust that customer spent ****k just to get to know that kia in capable of doing service of the car which they are selling .
