azexon com - Oedered items not delivered or shipped and not responding the emsil or phone call

Respected sir, I placed an order on **/**/**** in Azexon.com online shopping corner which order number is #**** and I successfully paid for it (Transaction id: Cashfree **********). But no any email or sms for this order is received from azexon.com end. Also I observed that the status of the order is still 'on hold" condition. I think that it is a fraud online shopping corner as their email id also inactive and I can't contact with them through phone or WhatsApp number giving on their web site. Please let me know what is going on in the name of Azexon.com and take necessary action for refund my money. I am waiting for your reply. Thank you.
