enrolled my child with ODA Classes on ** September **** and made a payment of ₹**,*** through online mode. On ** September ****, I requested cancellation and refund as the services were not suitable for my child.
Despite multiple follow-up emails and reminders, the service provider has not refunded my amount till date.
The service provider did not issue any invoice/bill. I am attaching alternative proof of transaction including payment screenshot, bank statement, and enrollment confirmation messages/emails.
My earlier grievance was disposed due to lack of documents. I am re-registering this complaint with complete payment proof and required details.
I request the concerned authority to kindly take up the matter with the service provider and ensure immediate refund of ₹**,*** along with proper confirmation.
The delay has caused me mental stress and financial inconvenience.
