NAMO ORGANICS - nutrition facts are not on the package

I have ordered prunes for my mother who is a diabetes patient from Amazon.in from the seller NAMO inoganics. So the product was delivered on **feb ****. As per fssai guidelines Nutrition information should be mentioned on the packet of the product. But the product we have got has nothing mentioned no nutrition information, no date of packaging and best before.
So as per fssai guidelines they should mentioned all those stuffs otherwise this product could be harmful for consumption and could be life threatening. I also communicated same to amazon customer care but they just raised up their hands and said there is nothing wrong with it. It's not only the serious concern for my mother but also for all other who trust these sellers and purchase and they are cheating the consumers. There are many Indian citizens like us who may not be aware of these mandatory things and got infected due to the consumption of these substances and also don't find any ray of help because they are big brands and we are small people's.
So I request you to kindly investigate this company and charge them for not mentioning nutrition facts(mandatory) so that any other consumer will not be suffered.
