Nubella - Nubella has held and not returned my money

Hi,
I have ordered clothes from Nubella and after hassle, they returned the clothes and provided me store credits.
In pandemic, the website was shut down and they are not responsive on Instagram. I have messaged emailed them but to no avail. I need my money back
